Facilities should be adequate to enable hulls to be housed either in a workshop or within a specialist tent throughout the treatment process.

Remove gel coat using planer

Dress waterline & fittings with grinder

Slurry blast laminate

Steam wash laminate every other day for a period of two weeks

Monitor moisture readings

Move vessel to shed

Use HotVac process to dry laminate, wash laminate, infra red inaccessible areas

Record moisture levels, when below recommended recoating levels begin coatings

Erect tent around vessel for optimum environment

Apply first coat of penetrating resin. ( Film thickness 200 microns )

Screed with Epomast pro. Light weight, solvent free fairing filler

Fair off filler & refill pinholes

Fill & fair waterline

Apply minimal 400 microns water barrier resin

Allow to cure

Apply anti-foul primer

Apply two coats of recommended Anti-fouling

Move vessel to outside shed / launch

All Data is recorded during Osmosis repair & used in the application of a certificate
